La Barra de BLOGGER
Pues parece que blogger.com ha quitado la propaganda, es una buena noticia, en su lugar han puesto una barra de navegacion.
Si no te molesta demasiado, te aconsejo que no la quites, de todas formas si estropea mucho el formato de tu pagina, te pongo la solucion a tomar:
Vete al "Template" para editar el codigo de tu pagina
Al final del codigo encontraras </body> y </html> y es justo entre estos dos tags donde deberas introducir la siguiente linea:

Vamos ahora con www.100webspace.com.
Este es un sitio que parece estar muy bien para alojar una pagina web, tiene multitud de opciones que le hacen acercarse a un alojamiento de pago: dominios y subdominios gratis, varias direcciones de correo, ftp, base de datos MySQL, 3Gb de trafico y 100Mb de almacenamiento, un lujo.
No estropea el formato de la pagina web con lo podremos conseguir la certificacion de conformidad con los estandares HTML.
Suele poner un frame de propaganda en la parte superior que es facil de evitar, para eso solo hay que colocar justo antes de <body> la siguiente linea:
